Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, neuro-interfaces)
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or blockchain 3.0
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with regulatory compliance for experimental technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
