Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial solutions
- Build and manage strategic alliances with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready tech culture and skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- C-level stakeholder management experience in tech-driven organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (patents, articles, keynotes)
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Global mindset with cross-cultural collaboration experience
