Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Define KPIs and success metrics for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with proven impact on future-focused projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in competitive markets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) preferred
