Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and geopolitical impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
