Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neuro-interface systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies with 5-year market impact
- Analyze geopolitical shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption and ROI in nascent markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present future-vision strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated success in scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI ethics, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Exceptional data modeling skills for predicting tech adoption curves and market disruptions
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
