- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on futuristic technology principles
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching at least 2 breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Published research or patents in futuristic technologies preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development frameworks
