- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and market disruption
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineering and design specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (VC-backed or enterprise)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain ecosystems
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
