Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications to ensure responsible innovation frameworks
- Manage annual innovation budget and resource allocation for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
