Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation strategies aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Manage partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
