Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess market viability
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation task force with external partners and academic institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption and advise on risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership content positioning Innovatech as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum systems, AGI governance, or decentralized networks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology specialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience building high-performance innovation teams in global matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or future trends
