Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI solutions with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Security clearance for government-contracted innovation projects
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/C++ preferred)
