- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure R&D funding and resource allocation
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including venture capitalists and government agencies
- Mentor technical teams in rapid prototyping and minimum viable product development
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps (2025-2030)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published research or patents in technology forecasting or disruptive innovation
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from public/private sources
- Certification in Agile/Scrum frameworks and design thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
