Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and ESG mandates
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2030-ready solutions
- Analyze global tech policy trends and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Present tech forecasts to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and global tech forums
- Portfolio demonstrating tech innovation thought leadership (patents, publications, keynotes)
