- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies shaping 2026 tech policy
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists through structured scenario planning processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles (quantum/AI/biotech experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futurism with PhD strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech's socioeconomic impact (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Proven experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment (>100M user impact)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-suite, regulators, and academia
