Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in decentralized infrastructure and immersive metaverse ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 18-36 month market impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business transformation goals
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development of futuristic prototypes
- Present strategic technology forecasts to global stakeholders and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience developing technology adoption models for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals on emerging tech applications
