- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI governance and decentralized networks
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-gen talent in future-focused technology disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year foresight accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, biotech, or spatial computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience leading $50M+ tech transformation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech commercialization
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
