- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology foresight program identifying emerging trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and integrating breakthrough technologies (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruption risk assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect scalable technology adoption frameworks aligning with ESG and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certified Foresight Professional (CFP) or equivalent technology foresight certification
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology adoption or disruption
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale technology transformation ($50M+ projects)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology implementation
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and regulatory bodies
