Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI agents, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments quarterly
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI modeling
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology pilots
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching scalable future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- CFP (Certified Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent certification
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of past technology strategy implementations
