Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AI Ethics, Quantum Computing) a plus
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
