Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop implementation roadmaps for innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and market disruption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
