Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to prepare for technological disruption
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps for enterprise-scale operations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism preferred
