As a key member of our Executive Strategy Team, you'll collaborate with global R&D labs, Fortune 500 partners, and academic institutions to identify disruptive technologies that will redefine industries. You'll translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies while maintaining rigorous ethical standards and environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and carbon-negative computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and evaluate emerging startups
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven experience in forecasting technology adoption curves for enterprise-scale transformations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-level executives
- Published research or patents in future-oriented technology fields
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and risk assessment frameworks
- Experience with ethical AI governance and sustainable tech standards
