- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing, AI governance, and biometric security
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech sectors
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven expertise in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing applications, or sustainable tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certifications in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architecture, or similar
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-continental innovation teams
