Qualifications

- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI Systems
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in blockchain and decentralized systems
- Deep knowledge of ISO 20700 technology standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
