Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for quantum-encrypted communications
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AGI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact analyses
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their implications for corporate strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or computational theory
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust)
- Certification in Technology Strategy from MIT or Stanford
