Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in tech investment analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
