Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position technology advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proof technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems, or biotech convergence
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and technology roadmapping
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
