- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with demonstrable 5-year foresight track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
