- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, ambient computing)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members with actionable investment recommendations
- Drive organizational change management to embed future-ready capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies and technological impact assessment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum Specialist, Google AI Leadership)
