As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll identify disruptive trends, develop implementation frameworks, and lead cross-functional initiatives that shape our next-generation product ecosystem. Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to transform futuristic concepts into tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neurotech, ambient AI) to inform 2026-2028 strategic roadmaps
- Lead ideation sessions for next-generation product architectures and service models
- Develop go-to-market strategies for futuristic solutions targeting enterprise and consumer markets
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and lead an innovation incubation program for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for evaluating futuristic ROI
- PhD or Master's in relevant technical field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
