Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026+
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Architect strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Present future technology scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neuro interfaces)
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026 technology horizons
- Represent the company at global technology summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of successfully launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or next-gen infrastructure systems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
