Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into scalable commercial solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and academic partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Drive innovation through hackathons, prototyping sprints, and technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
