Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with core business operations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track ROI of strategic initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and cross-functional leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
