- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Champion sustainable tech initiatives aligned with ESG 2030 goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Certifications in futures thinking (e.g., foresight methodology training)
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive technology transitions
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling and predictive analytics
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ engineers
