Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential technology domains
- Partner with product teams to translate tech opportunities into viable product roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital ethics
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech planning
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight, innovation management, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred
