Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products valued at $50M+
- Expertise in quantum computing, federated learning, or carbon-neutral tech
- Published research in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Certified in Tech Strategy (e.g., CTS) or advanced innovation management
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ in high-growth environments
