Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Ensure ethical deployment of technologies through rigorous impact assessments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
