Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) into core offerings
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation programs and partnerships with startups and research institutions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging technology solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and R&D pipelines
- Prior success in securing patents or industry awards for technological innovation
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, AWS ML Specialist) preferred
