Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Produce competitive analyses and market positioning reports for emerging tech domains
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling ROI projections
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor senior technologists in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic planning certification
- Experience securing >$3M annual budgets for R&D initiatives
- Exceptional executive presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
