Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market transformation
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable tech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging AI, IoT, and biotechnology sectors
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and market disruption
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for executive presentations
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
