Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to investors, boards, and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology, IEEE Spectrum)
- Successful track record scaling technology ventures from concept to market leadership
- Certified in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) and Technology Futures Forecasting
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
