Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends and business objectives
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Drive innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across product ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with organizational vision
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects in futuristic domains (neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future product development
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading digital transformation initiatives at scale
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, bioinformatics)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology certification preferred
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., TAME, STEEP, Delphi Method)
