As part of our elite Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to identify and capitalize on paradigm-shifting technologies. Your work will directly influence our product pipeline, investment decisions, and competitive positioning in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for innovation
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at premier tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight organizations)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
