Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI ethics frameworks) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for industry verticals
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping for future technology domains
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, neurotech, climate AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
