- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech governance frameworks
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with >$100M impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough tech commercializations
