- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with measurable ROI
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders with risk assessments and implementation roadmaps
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for 2026 technology adoption
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology maturity and market readiness for 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends with 2026 focus
- Experience securing $5M+ technology innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
