Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry thought leaders and academic partners
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and technology adoption KPIs
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures research methodology and trend analysis
- Strong background in AI/ML, IoT, or quantum computing applications
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in fast-paced environments
