Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum computing integration and AI-driven automation frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AR/VR, biotech interfaces) for strategic adoption
- Partner with C-suite to translate technical vision into actionable business strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships for ecosystem expansion
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Thinking (preferred)
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) a plus
