- Oversee innovation incubators for prototype development and testing
- Anticipate regulatory impacts and ethical considerations for future technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, MIT Sloan)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis (e.g., Gartner)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
