- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints prototyping breakthrough applications (e.g., neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Translate complex technical concepts into investor-grade whitepapers and board presentations
- Oversee patent portfolios for emerging tech innovations with 15+ IP filings annually
- Mentor a team of 7 futurists and technical architects in agile innovation methodologies
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum technology summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future-casting methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Future Studies
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ revenue streams
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Certified in Tech Foresight (TF) or Futures Design Thinking (FDT)
- Portfolio of 3+ successfully launched future-tech products/services
